Naveya & Sloane is looking for a passionate Creative Lead who will pave the way of our brand and product journey through Art Direction and Graphic Design.  This role is a pivotal position to help curate the stories and messaging we showcase to the world.

About this role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, our new Creative Lead’s  duties include, but are not limited to:

Development of art direction to execute the creative vision for the brand, clearly articulating this vision to key stakeholders.
Execution of the vision - all pre-production required to execute the conceptualised art direction, ensuring projects are executed to budget and timeline.
Completing all inhouse Graphic Design work required.
Internal/ external relationships - liaison with third party suppliers to help execute creative vision and uphold strong communication amongst internal stakeholders.


Ideally 3 years Art Direction experience
Ideally 4 years active Graphic Design experience
Be a natural creative with a talent for visual storytelling
Incredibly organised and have an acute eye for detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confidence to share a body of work that you led and are proud of
Comfortable with feedback and find it a helpful tool
Previous experience working with content creators to bring your vision to life
Ideally experience in premium or luxury brands
The ability to quickly grasp the understanding of a brand
