Digital Media Coordinator Contract

DESCRIPTION

Naveya & Sloane is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications Manager. 
This is a contract role, 24 hours per week, for 6 months.

What is the key purpose of this role, in one sentence?
To support the Marketing & Communications Manager and ensure all comms are activated in an accurate and timely manner.


In this role you’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring the accurate setup of ads in Facebook Business Manager
Optimising social campaigns in Facebook Business Manager to ensure optimal results
Managing the implementation of budgets across Facebook Business Manager
Reporting on all social media activity
Ensuring the accurate setup and optimisation of Pinterest Campaigns
Ensuring agreed weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual spend budgets are hit
Assisting the Marketing & Comms Manager with Naveya & Sloane’s ‘Friends of the Brand/Influencer’ activity
Assisting the Marketing & Comms Manager with PR & event activity
Assisting the Marketing & Comms Manager with Marketing Collateral requirements
Assisting the Marketing & Comms Manager with Marketing department key reporting


To be successful you’ll need:

A sharp and accurate attention to detail
An analytical eye
A self-starter approach to your profession including plenty of initiative
At least 1 year experience working with Facebook Business Manager and a strong understanding of how to use the platform efficiently
A solid understanding of how to use social platforms (Including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to deliver to strict deadlines
Experience in Google SEM (Adwords and Analytics) would also be valuable, but not essential
