Marketing Manager Contract

This is a maternity cover role with a fixed contract of 8 months.

WHAT IS THE KEY PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?

This role will be responsible for delivering the current marketing strategies/projects and managing the day to day running of the marketing operations within the business with the support of the marketing team.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE REALLY NEED TO NAIL?

Develop and oversee the execution of the Marketing Strategies.
Bring to life the core marketing strategies/projects for FY20/21.
Once these are implemented, develop ongoing marketing strategy for FY21/22 to build on the foundations and help towards our business goals & vision.
Hit key milestones and goals within the strategies.
Budget is managed and in line with strategies.
Ensuring that all projects delivered are on brand.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed with marketing objectives.
You will manage the small but highly effective marketing team and you will report to the CEO.

Lead Generation

Generate quality leads through effective marketing activity.
Ensure N&S has a constant presence in the market to drive ongoing leads.
Have a presence within the Sales & Design team to ensure you have your finger on the pulse.
Using data and insights to continuously optimise lead generation platforms.

Data & Insights

Define and track key activities that drive the business forward.
Generate insights from data and present to the wider team.
Know your numbers.  You are across the key metrics of the business performance at all times.
You validate trends with data and communicate results in a simple and effective manner. 

Campaign Management 

Planning and implementing targeted promotional campaigns across Social Media, Print, Digital, Events, PR.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with Sales activities.
Ensure all marketing material is executed in line with marketing plans, brand guidelines, visions and budgets.
Campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and most importantly, to the Naveya & Sloane standard.

NPD Support

You’ll support the wider team with NPD launches.
Bring to life new collections and products, delivering comms which are on brand and designed to drive results.
You’ll help with market research of new products and feed into pricing structure and market positioning.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND HAVE OVERSIGHT OF DAY TO DAY ACTIVITY ACROSS THE FOLLOWING CHANNELS:

Social Channels
Google Analytics / Paid Ads
eDMs
Enquiry Generation
Media Enquiries
Influencers & Friends of the Brand
