Naveya & Sloane is looking for an Operations Manager to fill a one year fixed maternity cover contract. An integral role that ensures Naveya and Sloane operates seamlessly as a world class business.

With a keen eye for detail, you will identify challenges and proactively address these by combining your solutions-focused attitude and exceptional communication and people skills. Fostering a supporting and inclusive environment where innovative ideas are heard and people feel valued and engaged is where you shine.

Requirements

Reporting to the Finance Manager, our Operations Manager's duties include, but are not limited to:

Project managing and tracking our sustainability initiatives for the current financial year.
Owning small business projects that arise to assist the CEO and Finance Manager with the overall operational running of the business.
Responsibility for managing end to end recruitment process including drafting advertisements for various channels and screening candidates.
Fostering the fun and inclusivity of Naveya and Sloane as a workplace.

About you

At least 5 years work experience in a commercial and varied role.
A passion for sustainability and driving change in this area of the business.
A friendly and approachable team member who can genuinely connect with all members of the business across multiple departments.
Incredibly organised and is able to prioritise competing work demands.
Confident in working on some projects independently.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
A natural problem solver who is always showing initiative.
Someone that embodies the business value of working with passion and purpose.
Previous project management experience not essential but would be beneficial.
