Production Admin Assistant

Then, this is the dream role for you! We are looking to fill a part-time Production Admin Assistant role within our wider Production team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a growing luxury retailer and learn from some of the best in the industry. If you are driven, organised, appreciate the fine details and enjoy administrative tasks - we want to hear from you! Flexible work arrangements are possible, however, the role requires 24 hours per week within the Monday to Friday schedule.

You will be the kind of person who thrives on ticking off your ‘to do’ list. No task is too big or too small and you will be happy to take on a range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

Receiving invoices/ purchase orders
Duty free handling
Operational support (sending purchase orders, dispatch of production emails, management of storage, team meetings, reporting, filing, internal stakeholder point of contact)
General admin tasks

Good working knowledge of Google Suite and confident using technology
Confidence dealing with a wide range of people

Presentable and professional in person, email and on the phone
