Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is a key role in the organisation, providing accurate, timely financial information and insights to ensure the business runs smoothly and to inform important strategic decisions. The Finance Manager is across the critical fine details, ensuring policies are followed, compliance is taken care of and risk is managed.


REQUIREMENTS

The Finance Manager is responsible for:

Financial reporting to management, board and other stakeholders
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash-flow and working capital management
Payroll
Oversight of bookkeeping function
Tax compliance
Maintaining accounting policies, processes and controls
Working alongside the leadership team and heads of department to provide data insights and strategic support

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in manufacturing &/or creative industries preferred
Qualified CA
Strong technical training
Familiar with Xero
Excel whizz
Practical experience working across the above areas - at least 3 years experience in a similar role
Big 4 experience preferred

Highly organised with great attention to detail
Able to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Driven to go above and beyond in everything you do
Not afraid to get out of your comfort zone, roll your sleeves up and tackle any challenge that comes your way


While this is ideally a full-time position, part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
